You must be the only one in our affiliate program that has made nil then. You're blowing smoke down the wrong barrel.

Reading your nonsense of cash flow and "survival" is a complete waste of my time, literally. We have more servers and staff available than any other cyberlock businesses out there.

Read a few pages back and you will see that we had to stop the file manager count. It is 24 hours behind now. It will be fixed before Friday.

I'll refrain from commenting on your threats.

@ricky, just to let you know I'm now getting this error when I use the remote upload.

"Gateway Timeout

Unable to connect to http://www.fileserve.com/remote-upload.php."

when I hit the back button, some of the links went through..
 
So im not the only one who's getting 0 downloads...
I have uploaded 6 files this day but all of them are still in 0...
Even my statistic is not moving..
What's happening on FILESERVE?

Please let us know if stat and download count will be fixed ASAP...
And PLEASE! COUNT ALL previous downloads after fixing the problem..

Can anyone say 'LOL' ?Are you high on meth or something? My DL count is also 0 for a few days now. But I'm not as crazy as you. Threatening FileServe etc. Clearly Ricky said that they had to stop the file manager count. It is 24 hours behind now. It will be fixed before Friday.

Which part of "Friday" don't you understand?
 
Are people in here suffering from blindness, stupidity and short-term memory loss? When have we paid on a TUESDAY????? It is appalling to see all these unnecessary and "empty" posts being repeated on a weekly basis. 99/100 of you have been paid by us previously and it has happened on ....what day? WEDNESDAY! So stop trying to adjust your clock to think we are working on your schedule, but adjust it to when we normally pay.

Download count was stopped last Thursday (if my memory serves me well). There will be no compensation, because everything has been accounted for. Your data is still processed the way it is, and you are still paid the way you are paid.

I have never ever looked at my download counts at file manager as its not the actual money making counts anyway....what you guys should be looking at is at the prize lol

It's hard to catch people's attention when they inquire, but never check back or don't read a few pages back like it isn't their problem either and yet just ask again, again and again. I hope I caught it from the above post.
 
Hi Ricky,

Just wondering if there will be any plans in the future to implement folder moving. I've been wanting to reorganize some files, but it'd be too much of a hassle to have to create a new folder in the location, transfer over, then delete the old folder.
 
@ gkchn: That will come yes. Techs are currently improving performance for the 404. We got a few tweaks in hand, so that will affect the FTP in becoming more stable as well. When all that is sorted we can get the final functions up for the File Manager :)

FILESERVE IS FINE AS IT IS, THEY DONT NEED A DRASTIC CHANGE

The system is fine, the file manager is fine, the payouts are fine. They just need to kill the bugs and maintain a high standard.

I've been seeing a lot less of the 404 errors lately too.
 
@ gkchn: Good to hear. It will be "history" coming 3-4 weeks I believe. For now we still have ongoing tests and those tests will provide some sort of knowledge where we are heading. Basically, good news ahead. On top of that there will also be a fix to FTP that doesn't always send the files over to the file manager in time.
