FileServe - Make Money - Up to $25 per 1000 downloads (Official thread)

Okay this is so damned weird. Yesterday I had some dollars in my earning's account. Earning are rolling in nicely. Today I open up Fileserve and suddenly My Earning are now $0.00

My dashboard shows that my Paypal account is already linked. Not to mention I have received payment thrice already. However if I try to go the My Earning's page then it shows the Join Affliates page.

I am confused, should I re-enter my paypal account. Will I be getting my money back?? Have I done something wrong??

My FS username is gaju123

EDIT : I tried re-entering my paypal account again, but its a no-go. Getting error
The Paypal account already exists.

Of course it exists, its attached to this account only. Hope you can help.

Yes, since yesterday no increase in the earnings ....

Furthermore, I saw a promo for a premium account for 45 days at $9.99.

I didn't use the offer yesterday. How do I get it back?

i don't know your reason but FS working good with my computer lol :d.download counter have some problem but it 's fixing i think it 'll working normaly next time 'cause they try to fix it ^.^ waitting and relax don't ask more the same question lol.sorry my bad English
 
@ cvrle77: Why are you getting with firefox for both free and premium when we have provided a tool for the people to maximize their speed @ fileservemanager.com ?

Free users can easily hit up 500 KB/sec when downloading from us. Recently tried this from UK when I was away on holiday :)

@ petertouch: Far from it. It's going up, up and up. What's so bad? Stop being narrow-sighted. We've more servers available than any of our other competitors.

@ nikko: Nothing there. Your earnings are in tact.

@ ILHFFS: Maybe you didn't follow much in here, or just didn't give a blink to the problem being fixed. The problem was solved and it has been for over a month. Techs had to stop it on Wednesday and it was resumed again on Friday, thus it takes time to catch up to the current download stats. Again, we always see complaints, but never applause when issues are fixed.

@ sniffdog: I saw an increase in earnings overall for yesterday (Saturday).

@ vipking: We don't care if you have 10 accounts working separately for your friends/family. Just don't refer them with each other and we're happy. You can use a single PP account among those 10...Just don't come knocking on our door with a complaint someone ripped you off or similar.

@ Dj.IcE: Can you send me a PM about that?

The bad thing is that my download speed is narrowed to 50-100 kbps and as a premium 1 year user I have right to complain. And I repetat that I have far more better speeds from other 3 major file hosters, so that's not my narrow-sided view.

@RickyFS --> I have no idea what happened, I didn't clear cookies or do anything. Just closed my machine and went to a party. Came back and suddenly my money is BACK!!!! Its a great pre-valentine's day gift. Haha!

@ petertouch: You are entitled to your opinion, however, your opinion is just an opinion, which is single-sided and doesn't paint the overall picture of our service. I beg to differ, saying our service is going down, down and down.

Use an accelerator. We have provided our own free version of it: Fileservemanager.com. There's no way you should be downloading with 50 KB/sec. I don't even get that with free account using mozilla firefox and I'm connecting from across the world. The only time I had even a remotely bad line was when I was downloading from Italy via firefox on a free user hitting 150 KB/sec.

@ SHiTSTORM: Don't think we have it manually setup, although I've read reviews of people using direct links and they were successful of such.
