Is there any Bug in storage counter (Not updating) ?

Its showing 491 gb used , while manually I added all my files storage,it is around 470gb.

Yesterday I deleted 16gb of stuffs still its not getting updated.And now its giving me error "Your storage is full" while uploading files.

i try to add FS links to IDM (Internet Download Manager) and all it gives me is
a HTML page to download i have added site login details ect...
i have checked that the urls are working and more please give me a solution.

I had deleted files around 14hrs ago,I'll update you after 24hrs of files deletion.

Past few days I've uploaded like 20 - 30 GB worth of my files and none of it has come up in the File Manager and my storage x / 500 gb hasn't gone up :S
