1. Buy more servers to fit more slots for users
-all user have to wait for the server provider, all user have to be patient

2. Separate servers for Premium and Free (so free has 50 servers and Premiums have 50)
-not recommended

3. Limit users to X gb per day like HF
-temporary limitation is fine, fair for all user

4. You suggest
-FileServe should made the decision, we will never get the same answers from all user

We pay for files UP TO 2048 mb. This means free users can download 2048 mb files. @ HF they can't so they're limited to 400 mb. Says more about how tight they are versus us.

File moving - in File manager? Is it a newly uploaded file? Can you rename it? Could be because the server is analyzing the file and doing what it needs to be done to it :)

And yes, we will find a way to eradicate all files above 2048 mb, so please don't get upset when we start deleting such.

Payments will come out tomorrow. As some of you have seen, the payments have been corrected, finally, and we're ready to process. Damn guys, understand we pay between Monday and Wednesday!! :D ;)

Ricky it has been more than 4 hours since 9 ftp files are pending.
There is no hope they will go through right?
Do you suggest i retry uploading them again? Or trying this time via web upload :|

I was just about to tell you guys to stop using FTP uploads for now. There may be a bug that needs to be investigated.

I'd suggest try webupload for now.

ricky i think u should allow file up to 3gb i upload porn dvdrips single link one and getting good download if u do that ill will have to split it and mean less downloads for me!

@ smokestash: Hopefully the firefox bug will be eliminated. The rename function shouldn't jump back to root and hopefully quicker loading.

@ House_Maniac: The rules have always been files between 1-2048 MB gets paid. Because you and some other individuals take advantage of a loophole in our FTP or Remote upload, doesn't mean we need to adhere and allow files of 2049MB or larger. We do work a lot with having the space needed for people who upload files in the correct range and will therefore have them removed sometime soon.

Furthermore, I don't understand why you upload 2049+ MB files when you don't really get paid for them, as I was informed? :)

Ricky, there is a problem with folder creation. When I try to create one, it says the folder has been created, but it's not showing, also if I try to recreate it with the same name, then it says the folder already exist. So folders are created but not showing, I hope your tech will fix this asap.

Hey guys...Can you get uploads to your storage? Let me know

@ The Viper: Looked at it for "specific reasons" - Would be too obvious what we're doing if said, but it isn't for images :)

@ hover: Our techs are ZZZzZZZzZzZz'ing right now. They'll be able to take a look at this in ~10 hours or so.

Ricky, just uploaded a bunch of files few minutes ago, it took a little bit time after upload completion to show up in my storage.

Edit: Same thing is happening to folder creation, it just take some time to show up in my storage.

same here....

after files are completed, they take a little while to show up on storage.

same with creating folders and moving files.... (this takes a bit longer even)

Hmm... strange.
Using remote upload to upload files. Files moved from pending list after a while (meaning they're uploaded), however do not appear in my file list.
Will update after/if they appear

Guys guys guys...All your actions work - The communication between the database on webpage and the other database (put in simple terms) is just a little delayed. That's why you'll see a "delay" in files going from pending => storage, and files being moved from here to there and renamed.

We have the techs looking at this tomorrow morning.

Site loads quick now, eh ;)
