I also understand that. However I have downloaded several files from multiple computers right now without any problem.

That is why I am asking about specific issues you or your users may have noticed. Just saying that the stats does not work does not lead to anything - we need to see possible problems users face with. The engineers will check the situation anyway.

Such an error means that a person has waited for the waiting time, but has not started the download for some reason - later it expired. Or the session could have been lost for some reason.

When did you face that ( or your users)? Recently? For all files or some specific ones? Thanks

Well I have to say I am quite surprised to see the site. it has great options...

simple yet advanced.

I hope this will be a replacement for Wupload for me...

absolutely right buddy....everynow and then FP goes down and "FILEPOST" suggests to take a break and to have a sip of coffee....i am getting addicted to Cofee these days just because of that :)):))...many of my downloaders are complaining to me and i am telling them just to have some patience..
but i still love Filepost....It is still new and i hope it will concentrate to remove all that downtime crap...
 
i think the very bad thing in filepost
Waiting period of it is 60 seconds

wupload 20 seconds
fileserve 25 seconds
filesonic 30 seconds
megaupload 45 seconds

I hope to resolve this matter soon, or at least back to the previous 30 seconds, just because it makes the site very boring when you download to members that prefer to download from other sites

Our engineers have reported that there were some problems for SOME downloads only - not more than 15% of downloads - today at night and in the morning. That has been fixed already. If you feel that your revenue for today has been affected by that please contact me (better pm). Though we can see that really should not have affected all downloads and thus partners.
