Mexico could change the group c.
I see that Chile is in the c, and Mexico has twice the traffic that chile ..

If you switch to mexico to group C, many Latin Americans started using filepost, and now nobody uses filepost in Latin America.
That's because what little they pay $ 5 for 1000 downloads.
I would begin to use filepost and bring many people to this new host if the group appears in mexico c.
 
If a free user downloads 400mb file, it has become in 4 hours that it is next downloadable.
Probably, a count is slow for these three days because of that waiting time.
 
Everything is fine with the stats, do not worry.

Hm, contact us page seems to work fine for me. You can send a letter to the address support@filepost.com - it also will come to the system.

Mike, stats have barely moved since yesterday.

I can't have 100 dl's in half a day and only 2 during the rest, it doesn't make any sense.

Not really what I expected...

i earned 3-4 $ pervious days
but only 0.26 $ now (3-4$ excat until this time)
stat 100% has problem .
 
To everyone - let's do that - please send us ANY complaints of your users who have problems downloading files. But we need details - what files, what error, what problems. Without that it is not possible to say why you see less downloads. It is better to send the details to our support team via the tickets. We will be glad to find the reason why the stats is lower for you.

Statistics itself (I mean download counting as a technical script) works fine.
 
What if a user actually does NOT say anything, quits download and starts cursing indiscriminately?

Btw, most users do that, they don't say a word and carry on...
