Sorry, we do not face such problems, try to clear cache also. If does not help, please submit a ticket with all the details to the support team.

Have you specific the hosts you are trying to upload from and file names? The support team will review your request.
 
yes remote is slow since yesterday but it depense on both servers
(main or remote servers). We do not know which is the most effective one.

they should continue with promo to ppd users since they are the core of everything, then after "filepost" become a stable star in the sky, promos should be given to pps too.
