If don't want traffic from Indonesia, just set it : Tier D - All others (except Indonesia)
No need to not paying after people joined.
Very smart scammer! Always can find excuse to not paying.
Now, keep saying maintenance! No need to pay anyone!

For the people who are looking for image host, WJ should ban Camry asap!
And lock ImgPaying & PicExposed thread by the reason of "owner had other host that was scam"
