@FileMoon my friend, have you see my last message? and can you tell me can i use withdrawals when i collect some money in dashboard in the future without being rejected since you applied filters on my account? i am sure some valid users are affected but i wont continue with that anymore, just need to know can i use account normally withut being blocked, since i am working hard to uplaod videos there. sorry if i am being annoying

I won't continue the topic of whether these are valid users or not, just dont want being blocked, since i want to keep using filemoon, i hope for your answer

This is a small notification that the email notification system for failed files in encoding/transfer is now live. From now on, whenever we delete something, you will receive a notification. A few additional updates are also coming soon, as follows:


  • Removal of the ability to restore files deleted by the system (failed or broken files, etc.).
  • Re-enabling of the auto-payout system (this will only work for accounts with 10+ payouts on record. Accounts below that threshold will have payments processed manually on Mondays and Fridays).
  • Fee changes (with the new update, new payout fees will apply):
    • Payouts below $100 – $3
    • Payouts above $100 but below $200 – $7
    • Payouts above $200 but below $1,000 – $14
    • Payouts above $1,000 but below $2,000 – $20
    • Payouts above $2,000 – $50

IMPORTANT: Dead accounts will no longer be able to request payments until activity is restored.


  • Payout request system changes (all payments will now be rounded. For example, if your balance is $29.39 and you request a payout, $29 will be processed, leaving $0.39 on your balance).
  • Encoding system slots (we have updated the logic for assigning encoding slots. Users should already see changes in how files are picked up for encoding).

Bug Fixes:


  • Fixed all bugs related to logo uploads in the player.
  • Fixed the download page (there will no longer be direct Filemoon downloads. A third-party provider will now handle downloads. The download page link will redirect to the provider. Stats for downloads will continue to be counted as usual).
  • Fixed subtitle uploads that sometimes caused files to become unplayable due to failed subtitle uploads.

Most of the above updates are not yet deployed to Filemoon’s production servers. I will notify you in a separate post once the changes go live.

Don't the new rates apply to payment orders?

I just tried an amount less than $100, it should be $3, and it said $7.

Please go back to the post where we annouced that changes are coming and re-read it because as far as i know we've not annouced them yet to be live.

Having to use a translator, I have no idea when there are details that are so difficult to detect; it's not clear.

Will an email be sent when these changes occur?
Approximate date?

ive asked a while ago about it and you said it would be put on the todo list, but its still not fixed.

the player logo link still cant handle / in the URL

this is important to me as i use short urls to push people to the URL i want and they always have a / in the url e.g shorturl.com/testurl.html comes out as shorturl.comtesturl.html on filemoon.

could this be looked at please

Each account is allowed to clone own files, just place the own file link in remote upload.

It is on the list but since we soon switch to new name and basically whole filemoon will be brand new from technical and UI/UX aspect it was saved as very low prio list and i highly doubt it will be changed before we actually switch to new system that was prepared whole year.

No need to check, payment was under review so it wasn't sent during monday, then during the week it got approved and marked as processing so you will recieve your monay at upcoming monday.

Can you please check and reply (give us solution) concerning this matter @FileMoon ?
Cant work on my website if I am not able to add subtitle on videos.
And so far, a list of Removed Files was reseted once in 24 hours, now I can see a list on 3rd day in a row. Any comments about it?
