It's already done however it will take couple more hours to clear due to fact that we ran into some storage problems with couple of the servers which had disk failures. Everything is coming back to normal however transfer list is long and it needs some time to clear now.
I'm not sure if i understood you correctly. We don't play videos from our upload servers so there can't be buffer.

I can't upload files using themaCreator. It gives me this error:

Even so everything works perfect with other hosts. I contact @Freddy11 to check what was the issue and he told me that the problem comes from filemoon itself.

No. Payment methods are listed on the premium page.
Problem comes actually from your file. Upon checking with ffprobe we cannot detect width and height of video which we respond with not video file format.
I've checked that for you. We don't see any failed uploads from filelions despite these that don't work at filelions itself.
