We're sorry but we cannot unblock it. You can use our api which doesn't block any ASNs. If you're using z-o-o-m kindly inform him to make his software up to date with our api.

Yes we do however it has to be video file.
 
What is you inactive video deletation policy? As It's mentioned that there is no file expiry.

We dont delete videos as long as you send proper amount of views and dont abuse our storage.

Why is VPN completely blocked now ? I will certainly not continue to use this service without VPN as uploader.

I would still understand if you do not count the views, but completely block ?
 
Is there confusion in the vpn identification system? US users can't watch videos from your hosting, and my customers say they don't use any vpn, but they are banned from watching videos

There could be some false positives but not higher than 1%. We also detected all kind of proxies including opera/ucbrowser and others. So if they have such browsers with proxies/vpn enabled they will be blocked. If you can confirm with them that they dont use such please provide me with some ips via PM and we will make sure their ISP is unblocked.
 
How much views should be needed minimum to keep my videos alive on your server?
