Mine isn't either.
As a solution, I changed my personal domain to their default one.
And well, I'll put it back on Monday. Also, there's football at the end of the season and they'll block Cloudflare in Spain.

What’s the ETA for the fix? Half day gone.
filemoon.link is suspended suggesting that you switch to .to or custom domain.
In my case, a few hours ago I had to switch to .to and remove the custom domain because it wasn't working, hours of zero traffic.
All custom domains should be working now fine.

Domain filemoon.link is currently suspended by our domain provider, we're working on that with them to find out the reason and trying to unsuspend it meanwhile i suggest switching to one of our other domains.
No, we don't have such option.
I've already fixed all the videos in the playlist from the last time there were corruption issues.

There is small maintenance on streaming server but the videos i tested and they work fine.

Based on your recent feedback and the issues we’ve identified, we are preparing an update to make your experience with Filemoon more convenient and reliable. Below you’ll find an overview of the upcoming changes. Once these updates are deployed to the Filemoon production servers, I will make another post to notify you.
What’s coming in this update:
- Improved notifications
You will now receive email notifications whenever a file is deleted by the system due to corruption during encoding or transfer. - Telegram notifications
You’ll have the option to configure notifications through our Telegram bot. It will send updates directly to Telegram instead of email (with the exception of payout address confirmation and registration confirmation, which will still require email). - Domain migration
We are phasing out domain extensions such as .link, .art, and .in. Going forward, Filemoon will operate exclusively under .sx and .to domains. The new domains will be provided in your panel. - Transaction IDs for payouts
Every payout will now include a transaction ID and a direct link to the blockchain, so you no longer need to contact us for this information.
Thank you for your continued support and feedback. These improvements are aimed at making Filemoon easier and more transparent to use.
It's good to see progress. I would love to see .in continue as I use that domain a lot.
But I understand why it probably needs to go
Now I tried again and it starts, but slowly with a lot of difficulty and ends up throwing an error especially when skipping video time.

I don't know if it will return to normal when the maintenance is over.

Can you please elaborate what is wrong with download exactly ?
That is fixed, one of backup load balancers had vhost missing.
Small update regarding .link domain, we managed to get it back to working.
Now it's working perfectly.
