Old servers were working great!

People will stop buying premium accounts if you go down 5 times a day!!!!!!!!

Most of what we're experiencing can be traced directly back to the move to these current servers.

I think it's a combination of lousy servers - which are located in an area that has a substandard broadband network - and incompetent tech support.

The servers are located in France, so the network should be fine. Can only be a server problem, think Mates should call a real IT professional to solve this.
