i dont understand one thing....lets say that they dont care about us not being able to work and earn....but they recently changed the servers wich means they made an investment...BIG ONE...dont they care that they are not getting back what they invested if the site is down 60% of the time?
 
problem is not just understanding, even if they love us very much, why they do not act like a professional, if there is a problem
we can see it and other companies share the problem with us for tech problems, they can say we are under heavy ddos attack
or hosts disks are being setup, blah blah. If I had paid for a host for 1 month or 1 year, I wait and deserve a good and satisfactory reply for those problem, problems are not 1 day bug or problem, problems are not solved for weeks. am I wrong ? Please do not wipe this message. I'm not shitting on any host or anyone, just seek justice.
 
we need some explain this is not a normal down so we can tell our users coz this not encouraging anyone to buy account for filemates as i said no one need unstable filehost its useless now all my users asks me to change it and i want to be with filemates so please help me to continue works with you:)
 
ı exactly telling same thing linkinpark, I had one account with filemates and working fine and one day I lost my account without any DMCA warning and all my topics are pooofff (gone) and I lost my accounts in some forums because of posting dead urls and It cost me 2 weeks to recover them begging to mods and they saw what I mean here. If they fix problems, they can be very fine, but if they ignore user's requests by humiliating them or wiping messages here, this is not professional action. We can see, even if ul.to lost
USA connections and changed owners twice in 2 years. They are #1 nowadays and they are in accepted hosts of nearly all forums
of I posted.

There are a lot of efforts to be done and there have been no time to respond to the posts as well ;)

But you can easily block these IPs and any other IPs that causes any problems for the servers in any time !
 
A DDoS attack is normally done from a botnet of thousands of computers - not from just 2 ip addresses. And indeed, an IP address or range of addresses is easy to block. And as I said a couple of pages before, Cloudflare does the trick.

But of course, it is easier to tell here that there is a bunch of bad guys trying to kill Filemates, as to admit this "new Filemates with new servers" just doesn't work.



PS : Anonymous didn't do it, they are too busy with Israel now, must be Adultking :)

Most of what we're experiencing can be traced directly back to the move to these current servers.

I think it's a combination of lousy servers - which are located in an area that has a substandard broadband network - and incompetent tech support.
