My friend maniakasl, i noticed there was something i should change. Indeed i entered the forumt o announce the change and it responds to your request above
I changed delays for free and registered users.
Next download delay 24 | 12 | 0 - The seconds per 100MB downloaded file size that the user must wait before he downloads more files. If for example a guest download 500MB then he must wait 120seconds (2 minutes) before he downloads another file.
Minimum "next download" delay is set to 4 minutes for free users and 2 minutes for registered.
Changed to:
Next download delay 3500| 2100 | 0 - The seconds per 100MB downloaded file size that the user must wait before he downloads more files. If for example a guest download 500MB then he must wait 120seconds (2 minutes) before he downloads another file.
Minimum "next download" delay is set to 56 minutes for free users and 33 minutes for registered.
The logig behind this: If speed restriction is to 30KB/s then user can't download 100MB (102400KB) earlier than 3413.33 seconds.
Thus, 3500 seconds delay means a normal delay AFTER the download completes.
The same applies to registered users.
As a consequence, now they shouldn't be able to do parallel downloads neither, theoritically, at least a simple user that doesn't know about cookies, sessions and so on... And the reason is the delay between each download that is sufficient to let the download complete and has an additional margin to make the downloader wait a bit more after that
