Glad to see you back over here, for the time maybe around 5 days after today? We started it 2 days before, and for these 2 days' earning request is all paid out with 10% bonus.
And YES, you will get bonus no matter how much payment you've requested.

What is wrong with stats? I have only 2 & 1 download over the weekend (09-20 / 09-21), this just can't be.
