Tier is simple.
If downloads come from countries in Tier 1, you will get Tier 1 rates.
If downloads come from countries in Tier 2, you will get Tier 2 rates.
& so on
 
whats the prob with payout? i have requested it 10 days ago, yet its not given my money. can u please giving my payout as soon as possible.....
