Filefactory has not been replying to any emails. Never really had a problem until recently. I guess it is time to switch. Anyone know of another hosting site with similar payouts? Does mega pay?
 
Anyone tried to withdraw money via Amazon Gift Card? Is this option quickier? How this option works? They send Amazon code on mail, or...? A lot of questions :D Thanks

It's a shame really, they seem to have gone completely rogue now. They paid me 20 times since 2014 until July 2017.

I can understand the problem with Payza, to sum up: Payza doesn't exist anymore, one of the 2 founders is in Jail and the other is a fugitive. Yes he put up a .eu domain but he's not paying anyone (I got $600 pending withdrawal since April 4th), You can also read on twitter and facebook all the people complaining.

So, if you are waiting for a Payza withdrawal forget about it.

For Amazon vouchers there's no excuse though. Also I don't understand the reason why FF stopped responding to all support emails.

This isn't normal. I guess we just gotta stop using it.
 
Payza still works and their support is active. There is no excuse for FIlefatory not to pay. It's obvious that they don't want to. I know for a fact that they are indeed active cause they are sending promo emails all the time.
They didn't even give us option to cancel request and use credit for vouchers.

If you have payments requests on FF i suggest you to Update Payout Accounts by deleting Payzas email address. Thats what I did a few days ago. If there isnt mail address they cant send your request money on Payza. Also send support ticket and tell them to cancel you request, or redirect from payza to amazon gift card. I really hope they will listen to us.

I opened new ticket and requested payza payout cancellation but I really doubt that anyone will respond cause no one did last time for two months. Well still no one responded, so yeah.... kiss goodbye your affiliate $$

You can cancel, I asked to cancel my payout request and even if support didn't answer or update the ticket, they did cancel it, now I'm waiting for my Amazon gift card (hopeless)
