Hello All! I want to give advice to everyone: never work with this file host. It's no FileFactory, it's F*ckFactory. I worked with them for a year. In March 2018 ordered a payment.In May 2018 I applied for support. Support replied that I would consider my application. Yesterday I received on email next letter from the support:
"This is an automated message from FileFactory to let you know that your account has been deleted. If you did not make this request please contact us.
We are sorry to see you go. If you have any comments or suggestions on how we can improve FileFactory, please let us know."

Good bye account & Good Bye money - 102$ !
Conclusion: they are charlatans and scammers! FULL SCAMMERS! JUST F*CK SCAMMERS!!!!
 
I worked with them and got paid the 1st time, the 2nd time I stopped uploading after I requested my payments is still pending waiting to see what happens...
PS: downloaders love FF for some reasons.
 
I've been waiting as well for an Amazon gift card since May 12th, and only receive automated replies from support, is there an official thread here monitored by their staff where I may post?

Nope. Also, over 4 months my tickes on their support are still open. There is no payments, no support answers, no new withdraw methods option (since Payza is gone)... The end

For some years ago, they monitored this very thread(or other WJ thread - don't remember) and somehow responded(not officially what I know). I don't know if they do it anymore but you may find some old answers from them in a lot of pages back.

I can understad that. The free speed is better than some other hosts, they don't have too annoying ads and download is simple even with timers. Most sites today usually have too much ads I think, FF has done at least this right(still my opinion). FF has done many good and not so good things over the years, I hope they can undo the not so good things in future.

I can understad that. The free speed is better than some other hosts, they don't have too annoying ads and download is simple even with timers. Most sites today usually have too much ads I think, FF has done at least this right(still my opinion). FF has done many good and not so good things over the years, I hope they can undo the not so good things in future.

You can delete your account by yourself:
https://www.filefactory.com/account/delete.php

Tip: instead of deleting your account, you can create Premium vouchers which you can sell to your downloaders. Then you'll at least get something from that account.

Today I answered this support

Hello,
I am writing to update you on your requested Payza payout. Firstly, FileFactory (Hong Kong) ceased operations on July 31 2018 and the site has a new owner from Belize. I have decided to stay with the new company to help with the transition.
As you may know, in recent months Payza was closed down and all accounts were frozen by the US government. Unfortunately the funds for your requested payout was contained in the US Payza account which we can no longer access. We are hoping that the funds will eventually be released when the government has finished their investigations.
We are looking into providing Bitcoin as an alternative payout option for new payout requests moving forward.
