I am writing to update you on your requested Payza payout. Firstly, FileFactory (Hong Kong) ceased operations on July 31 2018 and the site has a new owner from Belize. I have decided to stay with the new company to help with the transition.
As you may know, in recent months Payza was closed down and all accounts were frozen by the US government. Unfortunately the funds for your requested payout was contained in the US Payza account which we can no longer access. We are hoping that the funds will eventually be released when the government has finished their investigations.
We are looking into providing Bitcoin as an alternative payout option for new payout requests moving forward.

In the meantime to help out I have generated some FileFactory Premium tokens valued at $94 each that you can either apply to your own account or gift to a friend or colleague:

I've got same answer from "Andy Wong" and i have got 4 tokens :D But all my payment requests now are "APPROVED" ???? I had 6 requests (only one via Payza, all the rest are via Amazon). and Ive got ZERO Amazon Gift Cards!!! I dont expect Payza payments (even that this request will reversed to account balance), but i expect to got some Gift Cards.

Same here, 4 tokens and my requests "Approved" , but I have no hope to receive anything

The only thing you will get is a
suspended account, nothing more...
 
A mi me han suspendido varias veces por el máximo de ip diferentes que tenían cuando era más remota. Solo ponía un mensaje en el soporte, con el número de referencia que te dan, y al día siguiente ya la otra vez operativa.

lo que eso era con los dueños anteriores, ahora con estos ....

I had same problem a few times. Problrm is too many files remoted at once. acc will be suspended a couple a days and after that it will be all fine.

I worked with them and got paid the 1st time, the 2nd time I stopped uploading after I requested my payments is still pending waiting to see what happens...

Just an update on that, my payment just got approved today after I started uploading to filefactory again :)

But what about payments via Amazon?

Those requests are also marked as approved, but 7hours later, still nothing on my mail....
 
My neither, but it doesnt matter, cause they had US Payza account

I still cant figure out, why they put all those Payza requests as approved? For example, i dont have Payza account anymore. Is that mean, when (lol) their Payza account will be availible, they reverse that money on my FF account balance? I know, im a dreamer lol

EDIT: All payments are gone. "New owner" reboot system :D game over

Claro! the US gouvernment have suspend payza account, and, frozen filefactory account, so they not make transition from payza till the end of investigation. How filefactory can make payment? if they suspend your payza account, obviously you stop using immediately payza, or not?
