I was always paid for 5 years, but this time I share the idea that they will never pay me again

They already owe me more than 3k and it keeps accumulating, so I decided to stop using it

It says:
This could be due to a Terms of Service violation or as a security precaution against possible unauthorized access to your account.

I believe its because i use my account for remote upload...i contact support, but im not optimistic to get answer in this month :D

I think we all need to stop using filefactory to be honest, over the last year they seem to pay less and less people and I don't think anyone has been paid so far in 2018 at all.

If there was a genuine reason for there being no payments they would post an announcement or at the very least respond to emails.

No their not. Doesn't look like anyone has been paid this year and some are waiting since as far back as september 2017. I think they had a new owner last year and they have no intension of paying anyone. At the moment I'm moving all my files elsewhere and when finished will delete them all off filefactory. I will not be renewing my filefactory account.
