I've quite filefactory long time ago... I just use my remaining balance to purchase premium for backup storage. Anyone can tell me how long factory store the files in premium account/free account? Many of my old files still in my file manager, i think it store longer than uploaded. Please correct if im wrong thanks
 
i buy 1 year prem acc , hope they don`t delete my account =( .. i make it for backups only !!! is it good ?! or i need to collect money and search for another host ?!
 
please give ban for filefactory this is a scam site if they fuckink the affiliate members its not place for him please ban

If you don't share and have premium you can use them as backup host. Please note that they have Fair use policy with limit the storage to 1TB for non-shared files.

Free user: 90 days after last download
Premium user: no file removal if used space is <1TB

Yea... 1TB is good for me.. just backup files only
 
Can anyone confirm that they've had contact with any Filefactory tech, in reply to an inquiry in the last 10 days
or so? I've written them multiple times, and the only thing I've gotten in return from them is confirmation that they'vereceived my inquiry.

none whatsoever .. havent responded to my tickets at all for a month and a half nor payments since the end of may.

yes me to last payment 26 may
 
I had 2 payments pending for Webmoney. Submittet a ticked yesterday to reverse it as they can not pay via webmoney (atleast according to their support portal). Today they are reversed. So somebody is seeing the support tickets for sure ....
 
Fuck the pay......it isn't like it's something new man. This shit has been going on for more than a year now. I want their fucking
techs to answer my god damn inquiries when I submit them.
 
He's obviously trolling because Filefactory hasn't paid anyone for months now.
The best decision you can make is to switch to another filehost, who might be shaving, but at least is still paying.
