Well, it seems after an eternity of waiting, FF finally saw fit to pay me.

Now all I have to do is wait for the check from Payza.

They're gonna really have to work hard to recapture all those former loyal uploaders like me back into the fold. I still have a premium account with hundreds of working links that generate few if any sales. They should strongly consider using a PPS/PPD system similar to what they had before.
 
They are not responding to my tickets on their support.
Payment money the drain I guess.

Anyone who is from UK, they cannot receive payment :(
 
I worked with Filefactory for along time till they changed the rates, have always had my filefactory acount though. Now rates again seem reasonable however "rboobs" has a point that there should a PPD/PPS mix program since dl rates have always been good on filefactory, personally. On the other hand, i noticed it the other day just after my premium account expired, that only 500 Mb file size limit for free users, not able to upload anything bigger than 500 Mb. It's really too bad. They should remove this kind of limits if they really want to get their loyal uploaders back, in my book. In conclusion, FF doesn't seem like an alternative file hosting option still, unfortunately.
 
Filefactory has not paid my February payment. I requested payout on 10th February and supposed to receive the payment on 1st March. But they said payza stopped bank transfer that why the delay, but payza resumed the bank transfer at the beginning of this month. Initially they replyed my support ticket and email, but now no response for long time. I am not sure what wrong. Anyone facing similar problem? Does filefactory stopped paying?

dont know about anyone elses issues but they paid me monthly if not a week later after the first of each month. also ive been getting alot of sales with their new 50% rates. staying with FF :)
 
Glad to hear your links are generating good sales. Are you posting to the forums or do you have a site/blog ?

Until last September, I was a devout FF disciple for six years, so I still have hundreds of active links out there which only rarely generate sales. I might start posting to FF again for a week or two just to test the waters.

Hello,

can't seem to get remote upload to work anymore on FileFactory?

Is it just me or does anyone have the same problem? What's the best way to deal with this?
I opened a ticket with the official support but I doubt they're gonna be very helpful.

Any help appreciated.

Moneybookers are a bit better than Payzaa, but still sucks.

you are wrong . payza is big shit . until now I'm still waiting that they unblock my account and i send them all the documents that they asked me . moneybookers is much mote better , I already added my credit card and bank account there . their assistance service is much more better than paypal. in one day they added my bank account . I hope also uploaded.net add moneybookers .
