i wrote to you and tto support about the problem of downloading wrong files with the right name 2 weeks ago and its still not fixed!! this is a huge problem how can't you fix it yet??
for example i upload 2 days a go a file splitted in 5 parts.... if i download every part from your links i get five files, part1,part2, part3,part4,part5.. but if i go to check md5 i found that part1, is part1, part2 is part2, but part3, part4 and part5 are all part5!!!
Very bad service...
 
I've got some problems with filedino. I bought a premium account 3 days ago. I posted a lot of files on my website, but on filedino downloads are not counted properly. Here is a screen of my website (11 july 2011), look at the times that the files were clicked for download:

And here is filedino:

I think there is a problem... Ah by the way.. My username is QuaLiTyX

It depends on the day requested. Once money is requested, it takes up to 7 days for money to get into your account, normally, less, depending on the backlog..

You can't compare your site click count with our download count. For our download count it is necessary that each person download file, 100%.
To confirm it I have downloaded one of your files and found it is working fine."

Yeah I agree... I got 78 clicks on one link and NO downloads have been counted... I think it's a bit strange :facepalm:

I have upgraded my account for a year, but I think there was no difference in upload file, the speed is too bad I only get 20kbps.

I should get more because my account is a premium, but the remote can not upload my count. please in the confirmation.
 
Can anyone tell me what widget / software that MikeHaz use for count link click. I want to make my own blog, and having widget like that will be nice.
Please if anybody know, tell me. Thanks.
