Not true. Located in the netherlands and speeds for remote are not that low. It depends on where you remote from

This has to be very isolated as there are thousands of downloads being completed every hour. We are trying to work out the problem here for you.

Don't knock it until you try it.
100kb for unregistered.. 200kb for regisered.
Could be a range of reasons for this, did the user already have an account. How did they find the site? Did they access the site before your link? Are you set to premium user? Please send an email to support@filedefend.com
There are no issues. I can see two of you above are set to Pay Per Download not sales.
- Remote upload doesn't work
- there's no ftp
- links can't be downloaded because it gives wrong captcha over and over on Google Chrome and Opera browser...
and support is not replying to support tickets or emails..... not a very good start...

I continue to try downloading, and in google chrome continues to give wrong captcha error.
Also, remote uploads from other filehosts (Rapidshare, for example) does NOT work.
I added my premium login, I tried many different working links, and remote doesn't work.
The users above who said that remote is working, they're using rapidleech, which is direct links.....
Please fix remote from filehosts.

It works.. using filehosts as a plural does not make it true. Rapidshare may have blocked us but I would say most of the others are working. Sites block other sites pretty quick when traffic gets leeched.

so, you're blocked by rapidshare??!
then add extabit, uploaded.to, turbobit to the remote upload options.....
EDIT: remove megaupload, filesonic, fileserve, wupload... they don't work anymore. replace them with the filehosts mentioned above.
