Hi, i activated by mistake security lock on payouts. Now i can't edit the payout settings and can't disable the security lock because i'm not receiving any email. How can i solve this?

All of my files cannot be downloaded anymore because i get "This file reached max downloads limit" on every file, no matter how much times it has been downlaoded. What is this limit?
