Limit for free user is 10 Downloads in 24 hours.

Yes but this is not my problem. I just tried to download one of my files from another IP (so it has 0 downloads today) but it can't download any of my files because it says "this file reached max downloads limit". So it seems that there's a limit on file, not on the account
