FiberUpload: No support/Thread Closed

OK now I am dealing with the biggest issue with this host.
Because of the slow download speed, I decided to split my files and upload the smaller part on fiberupload and other part on another filehosting service. I did this with a bunch of files last night, and today when I checked my stats I saw that the 2 files that had most downloads on the other host have ZERO on fiberupload. Here is a screenshot:

The other files look fine. Only my most popular files have this issue. I hope this is some kind of error which can be corrected, if not you are clearly a BIG scammer. I am waiting for your response fiberupload

Same thing here, I haven't got a SINGLE DL for + 8 hours, stats are ICE FROZEN, it can't be right

Yesterday everything was ok, today everything is once again broken. That's why I don't use fiberupload, they are very unstable.
 
Tried to download 3 of my own files and all of them interrupted at some point. And all 3 of them got 15-30 kb/s download speed so I don`t how many servers have problems but I think most of them have. Now I just can`t wait until 25 to see if we get paid, so I can make a decision if I will continue to work with this host.
And still, some of my popular files have 0 downloads
 
sometimes when I open a page to download I get this:

after refreshing the page 4-5 times I get the correct download page, please check this issue.

update:
the site itself has this problem when I check My Files, Reports, etc. in the same way, I have to refresh the pages several times to get the right page

It's weekend.

SAME PROCEDERE AS EVERY WEEKEND SINCE END OF JANUARY:

And it seems Fiberupload has the same Techs like Bullet.

And also never a compensation for Uploaders or Premiumusers. Also never a sorry from them.
 
the site is not completely down, you have to refresh the page several times, however I would like to know if someone is having problems downloading: interruptions, dead connections while you're downloading the file, etc.
