Yes, it seems they have an offday 
RU works, sometimes even very fast, but it stops during 'generating links'
Site itself works like a turtle, am downloading a file by myself with JDownloader, and that speed is normal
@Fiber : can you pls explain the difference between downloading as a free user and a free registered user ? Seems there is some confusion about it
edit : was too optimistic - nothing works anymore...
