Correct. But they will never ban you for porn as long as they don't receive a DMCA request.
You can see the admin didn't answer directly about porn on this thread. So indirectly they allow it provided the condition mentioned above.

I see you guys investing on advertisement here but you should try to make your website more stable and look good for Uploaders and Downloaders too... You can take examples from other popular hosts: filepost bitshare fileserve .. all have great look and stable functionality

First of things... Don't make me a liar... You don't know me... As I am one of the top uploaders on fiberupload it's normal to make money very quick...
Second, don't make the site owners liars because they won't won anything if they will post a fake screen... After all the official payment day is 25 so it's not that far in the future...
I will post a screen with my earning... Jesus Christ what users are on this forum...

Obviously who ever made that statement has not seen the real deal yet. When I first switch to the now defunct filesonic after having been fucked by hotfile, I made USD9xx (would have been 4-figure if I had 25 hrs in a day!) in the first day I signed up. For folks who are making days spamming forums or what not, they will never understand.

Yes they are incredible... They ask for payment proof and they not believe the proof... Also one user told me that this website is low on alexa... But it is normal as the website just started and another question is.... What do you do here in the first place if you won't believe it...
I was in the 50 place on filesonic (40-50) and made like 600$ per week... Now imagine how much money the first place earned...

all the time WRONG CAPTCHA have to wait 112 instead of 60
people without premium accounts can not download my files
