Unable to pay using Visa

I had a customer subscription to Extabit via my PayPal. I got an e-mail message stating that the monthly PayPal payment failed.

I tried to pay via Credit Card, but everytime I try, I get the message:

The operation failed. Service GlobalPayments return code/status of operation: null. About this event contact technical support of service GlobalPayments: 0

It could be because my credit card company always suspects fraud when going to another country so I will check with them, but has anyone been successful using Visa?
