Why can not I change my plan. Always comes back to 50% of premium sales and rebills.

And after some emails she asked me to give her my thread and login information. Of course I asked why do You need that and she answered: Please send the info we ask.Otherwise,we'll have to suspend your account without any further discussion.

Something strange here I think.
