Every file host face technical Difficulties Extabit Support is very good here i also face the same issue and i believed that soon this problem resolve.

Downloads counts fine, sales counts fine.
Only storage spaces is wrong, it will be fixed soon.

change of plan does not affect immediately, it's valid the next day after the change
