I ordered on the 14th august and still waiting for the server says 10 business days but its been over that

The Delay is from Ovh Dc Only and not from us, All other offers from different Locations setup time is normal.
We expect to receive all pending orders In 7 Days.

MaxMind has deemed your order to be potentially high risk and therefore it has been held for manual review.

What's this about?

Billing already answered you.
 
Please keep your thread updated, your "Flat 10% OFF on HP DL180 G6 Server, Netherlands, Offer Price - 116$ for the first month" does not exist any more.

It's annoying as your support confirmed the offer to me, only to moments later say its been expired, i have a set budget and now its outside of that. I know its only a difference of $14 but still.

So its been like a month now for me with Eqservers, my first month with them.
And guess what, i've payed for a second month, as they was really good. Support, speeds, the server itself (hardware) is all good.
But i didnt just pay for one month more, i also added a 240GB SSD to the server, and its working really good.
So i have never had any problem with these guys, except that adding the SSD took 4 Days when they said 3... but what the heck, i finally got it today so now im happy :)
 
This host would've been good however make sure you've got a Government ID on stand by, they will ask for it.. because of that I asked for a refund, and I got the refund.

Edit: Going through this host again, I'm confident it'll be good. Considering the last time was my fault. They're being lenient on the ID situation.

Okay, I'm sure they're a great in what they do but I was not at all satisfied with their Pre-sales support! I asked some questions the response was so delayed! Also, I email them 2nd time, they didn't even bother to reply! I had a huge hope from this people but how can one buy if they don't give a shit to answer basic user questions!

EDIT - They replied me back and it's all my fault as gmail carried out the conversation mail in my sent mail folder whereas I was waiting for their reply in my inbox! So, that was an misunderstanding!

So, Apologies and yes, indeed they're the best!

just have to - again - write a very good review!

after having a good presales-talk, there were some problems with providing extra IPs.
But the paying-periode was delayed, so that i start paying when everything i ordered has arrived.

The overall speed on the Server is very good (NL).

Suddenly the speed on my client's german Telekom connections (only them) was breaking down. They only got 100KB/s.
so i opened a new support-ticket.
They responded very fast (approx. a few hours).
and do nearly everything what they can do.
The managed to do a rerouting of the server - the speed is now up to 600KB/s (and better)
so i assume it's now a problem of telekom germany's shit routing.

Over the last 1,5 weeks (where i got the speed problem) the support updated my tickets and asked for informations to sort this out and provided me with informations from the DC. (and it doesn't even cost a penny more than normal).

Okay, they aren't exactly cheap. But you will pay for what you get :)
it's totally worth it.

They are a very good company and very professional.

i can only recommend them if you want to buy a dedcated server and want good and friendly support.
