If VPS behind cloudflare then cloudflare will send you notice which thing or URL causing problem. It's up to you to remove that content or not. But I can assure you 0xhost will never force you to remove, it's only up to you how you handle DMCA. All DMCA notice of URL you will get in abuse section inside their user panel.

Yes they ignore DMCA but when DMCA comes from big porn studio like Brazzers / Aylo, then they will suspend VPS and say you have violated term and condition.
