Why are you asking me? Ask DF's managers! ;p
Small apps and Asian stuff in general are safe as far as I know. Uploading American/European movies, music, games and pr0n will definitely get you banned from DF in no time.

guys the number of DMCAs is not the factor here but the type of file you upload ! if its American movies or porn the moment they determine the type of file you are at a very high risk of getting banned . dont get your hopes up just because your receiving few DMCAs !

So you don't have rights against them. You don't have right against most of the services where you're sign up to.

And you don't have rights on WJunction to accuse them scam, because you will be banned without any advance warning, like me. :'(
