I have a problem.
My plan is PPD. Yesterday,today I have downloads, but my balance not changed :-?
Why! I don't understand.
Can you help me?

Stats seems to be correct because there are no free downloads.
Have you tried to download in free modus ? It s just impossible, always: You exceeded your free daily downloadlimit.
That's why there are NO free counted downloads.

I tried downloading one of my files in free mode and it worked for me!
But the download didn't show off in the stats.

yep completely dead, i guess with that last maintenance the shave plugin was installed, sigh.

can anyone confirm files still not disappearing by random? i still have files reported by my downloaders but they may have been broken since before the patch.

datafile themselves say the issue has been fixed but who knows if they even know about the issue

they should change that slogan, reliable file hosting... :)

Terrible stats and sales/rebills totally gone. its month start i always get good amount of sales+rebills at the starting of the month but this time i am getting nothing.

Hi,

Yes we have some issue with stats, but we have all records, so do not warry. Once fixed, you will see stats and correct balance.
