However, the payment is marked as "done."
Can't even create a new ticket to contact the support!

i saw a rebill today which got in april, may etc so the upgrade didn't affected sales, rebills though gave a bad impression among users may be thats the reason for reduction in sales, rebills. so just ignore the current no of sales, rebills and keep posting like before slowly situation will change.

hope so, i also have a lot of complaints about low speeds....for me speeds are fine....but i am not sure for US users!
