if no space for premium then they give space only for affiliates

i had 30 TB.. asked to extend my premium account they make it 10 TB .. FML

anyway i dont need such storage so becarefull :p
 
I am Datafile premium user but the Storage on the top page is only 500GB (500 GB). All my files uploaded (through FTP) aren't appear on My File page.

May be i should ask them.
 
It seems Paygate have issues, some my users complain about credit card not allowed, and many regs NO sales!

Added after 15 Hours 59 minutes:

I got this error when click VISA/MASTER then put email/pw [CONTINUE] for buy premium. Pls fix this error, that reason low sales

I do not see this error when i try to create new account from premium page. Please let me know in pm what you do to get this error?

If you try download the file logged in the account as premium user you get this error.
And if you try download the file as free user (without account), you get captcha error.
Even if you have typed it correctly.
