^ Dude, he has apologized so many times for this.
The website is made & run by humans after all, so mistakes CAN happen.
Everyone got these repetitive emails so its not only you.
So save your abuses for future , if he does this again you can use them.

I cleared all cache & cookies in Firefox !
Its uploading small files like about 2MB, but in case of bigger files I'm having this problem.

One more thing, even before the upload is complete it automatically logs out of my datacloud account & there's a small warning sign at the end of it & file doesn't show up in File Manager.

I'm uploading at about 120 KB/Sec.

I think the problem is with the Login issue. By the time my uploads are finished , it already logs out of the datacloud account & so there's an error putting the file in the account file manager.

Really strange, what Browser are you using?

I use chrome and there is no problem.
 
Yeah, finally I found out that this is the exact problem with my uploads.

I get logged out of my account before the upload of relatively larger files gets completed. So file doesn't show up in my account.

For test I started uploading a 100MB file, when the upload was complete about 98% . I opened the datacloud website from a different window in Firefox & found out that I was already logged out , I logged in about 30 Minutes earlier.

I logged in again from that window & when the download was complete from 98% to 100% in very little time, I wasn't logged out & the file was successfully uploaded & converted.

This is the same file that I tried to upload yesterday after clearing all cache and cookies but the upload was not successful.

SO PLEASE SOLVE THE LOGIN ISSUE !! IT LOGS OUT EVERY 20 MINS OR SO.

Streange with chrome I never get logged out if I don't close the window.

I hope they fix the problem soon for you ;)
 
how to move a large amount of files into a folder at once? seriously you can't expect people to move each and every file one by one do you? i mean i have over 2000 files to re order into several folders :|

ah well thanks for the reply i guess i'll use DC when the file manager becomes more accessible its really not easy to use right now
