Co-Admin for a Warez Blog [WP]

I had a site but it went down in Feb but it was highly rated in quite a number of DDLs (and still is). I am looking to open it again (and I already got it up) but I am looking for another partner.

For now, I don't think there would be any investment required but I am not looking for cheapos.

I require my co-admin to speak proper English as well.
