Where, following CloudZer's review, CloudZer determines that there are no obstacles to payment, CloudZer shall timely pay the amount determined upon completion of its review (where possible within 30 business days) by such method of payment as the User has selected.

@ magictaxi Request say around $55 instead of 61 and it works, the remaining amt is added back to your account. I don't know if we request a Full amount it says not enough money, but little less than the total amt and it works !!
