there are 3 possibilities
a) is a sister company with uploaded with similar address and same policy/script
b) is the new terabit ..(hope NOT otherwise we are LOOSING time.....)
c) they bought legally the script from uploaded (who sold the script for them) but cloudzer run from different group of people who use ikoruna
since no-one will tell if they are sisters or not....even if u ask uploaded or anyone.....
if it is
a) then all will be paid within 30days
if b) i m afraid we are loosing our time...and earnings
if c) nobody knows if they are trusted as they are new to business.
the more possibilities is that is
a) a sister company with same policy-script and rules therefore everyone will get paid within 30days as usual and they are trusted also.
the problem is no-one will tell us even if u ask directly them if they are related........the reason why we need this information is that we need just to make sure they are trusted

that makes 100% sense since the uploader posts 2 links and the visitor visits 1 of the 2 sites with no other choice.
Also makes sense since uploaded is slow sometimes and overloaded and in case they do not want to loose guest/visitor gets the 2nd link as alternative.

one tip: payment request is similar to uploaded one. You can't request your total amount, only something less. I remember that when i had this problem with ul.to i emailed them and they reply my that to solve this problem it was necessary to request 1 cent less then the total amount. You can try to do the same with cloudzer. It will be the same, just i cent different.
the review about the host:
today i was searching for some stuff on rlslog and i found this host. as free user i admit that download speed is not special but at least you keep downloading constantly at 100Kb/s (97/98 but it's due theyr limitation). As uploader i think that it could be a good host. i don't know if it's really uploaded cousin (like filesonic and wupload) but if it pays it could be a nice host. Nowadays its really hard to find an host that gives you a large amount of money (like hotfiles did first, than fileserve, filesonic...) or they exist but they stop to pay after few months (easybytez, sharpfile and many others). Do you remember rapidgator ppd payout rates at the beginning? now they lowered them a lot, because if you want to survive you can pay more than a certain limit.
so i think that its better an host that pays not su much but keep working for a very long time.

i give only 5% chances to be either the new terabit (b) and 5% chances to run by different group of people (c) who bought + paid legally the script from uploaded.
What is left is 85-90% to be sister-brother whatever called new-project from uploaded (even the remote is identical) and also we all agree they are not for 1-night or 1-2 months. If they are related to uploaded have in mind their tos and do not bitch every often when u get paid (READ the TOS) as we already saw in the other topic......
Only color is different
All TOS-policies are unique. Prices for premium also. Points system too-same. Link-generation same. cloudZer creation probably, is to get more traffic from secondary hosts (from those the uploader-poster uses to post together with uploaded) which means more-sales and total traffic to them. Also uploaded is slow sometimes so they created it to cover the overloaded days
Guest-visitor visits one of the 2 hosts so traffic remains to the same company.Sit down and relax, we are safe probably
well support is not the ideal is not too bad not good .........since already reported this bug weeks ago...
they have this bug
(ALL files over 400 mb are not counted at all) which is already reported to them and (finally) they replied that they had forward to tech dept.....Well since it's very new host - more bugs may found.....so better wait a little and start after holidays next month
or take the risk and start over.
** all written in last 2 pages is just a personal opinion about this project and no inside info since uploaded does not accept or deny that are related
