FAQ

Spoiler: How are downloads counted?

A download counts once it completes. One paid download per IP per 24 hours, with a maximum of $1.00 earned from any single IP per day. Files must be at least 1 MB. VPN, proxy and datacenter traffic, adblock users, and downloads of your own files are recorded but not paid. Every download appears in your Reports page with the exact reason.

Spoiler: When do I get paid?

Daily. Once your balance reaches $20 your payout goes out in the next daily run. Set your method in Account Settings → Payout.

No. Files on accounts in good standing are not deleted for inactivity.

Anyone who signs up through your referral link earns you 5% of their earnings, credited on the same daily cycle, for as long as they keep earning. No cap, no expiry, and it does not reduce their earnings — it comes from us.

The fact that the files appear in Reports means the transfer reached our server successfully. However, if they're not showing in My Files, it usually means the FTP client is either:

• Connecting to the wrong host (an old or cached address)
• Using the wrong port or an incompatible connection mode
• Uploading to a subfolder that isn't synced to your account

Please make sure your FTP client is using exactly these settings:

REDIRECT ISSUE — WHAT WE KNOW

We've seen your report and we want to be 100% transparent:

We do NOT use redirect ads or pop-under ads.
We use banner ads only — static display banners that do not redirect or hijack your browser in any way. If you're being redirected away from the download page after 1–2 seconds, this is not intentional and not something we've configured.

PLEASE TRY THESE STEPS FIRST

These fix the majority of redirect issues caused by cached scripts or browser extensions:

Step 1 — Clear your browser cache completely:

• Chrome (desktop/mobile): Settings → Privacy → Clear browsing data → Check "Cached images and files" + "Cookies" → Clear data
• Firefox (desktop/mobile): Settings → Privacy & Security → Clear Data → Check both options → Clear

Step 2 — Try a private/incognito window:

• Open the link in an incognito tab (Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N / Mobile: 3-dot menu → New Incognito Tab)
• This disables extensions and uses a clean session — if it works here, the issue is an extension or cached data

Step 3 — Disable browser extensions temporarily:

• Some ad-blockers or VPN extensions can inject their own redirect behavior even when VPN is "off"
• Disable all extensions, reload the page, and test again
