Server is down since 15 hours , how much more time will it take to resolve licence protocal , will you compensate loss occured to users due to downtime of server ?
We have already contacted Leaseweb and we are waiting for them to fix the issue. Loss will be compensated by adding 2 days to your invoices. The server many issues lately and so Glenn server is now being re-installed again and all the issues will be resolved with this.
