A bit disappointing cuz have heard that u guys provide fast setup... Still Waiting.
 
All deployments are made within 12 hours if hardware is scarce which it times it is especially now the WD Black caviars are hard to get a hold of due ot the Thailand disaster, Please dont bump threads for ticket replies and setup times on new orders it wont speed anything up for you sadly.
 
Don't create posts to get tickets seen to quicker all tickets are dealt with in the order they arrive just the same as installs none the less the ticket has been dealt with.

Your case was already answered asking for ticket replies here doesn't speed them up we DO NOT actively monitor forums. Please make use of the live support system we run 20 hours per day 7 days per week.

There is always DMCA, we have to comply no matter what. We are flexibel tho and we host several DMCA sensitive website.

Also if you've read the thread, you would already have your answer.
