Since day 1 i got sales atleast 1 everyday...but now been 2 days without any sale!!! with more files stored and i almost double all of my posts. Is something wrong with stat?? or it jus a bad luck of mine???
 
Bitshare Where is my money ??

Payment status say "completed" BUT i have not receved any money !!!!!! 4 days after "completed status" still nothing!

I worked and earned all honestly like others, selling bitshare premium i sold 200 premium accounts for 2 weeks earned on PPS 790$ i should made my first request as soon as i earned 20$ but i was thinking " this is legit it should be all safe" so was i right ?

I am only asking about my payment so please anyone who can help or support me:

These are only options:

1. IF payment was sent out to me please tell me transaction number so i can see with webmoney support what happend

2. Money is still at bitshare and it was not sent

3. there is not 3rd option

I got this reply from webmoney support (support@wmtransfer.com):

"Hello!

In our system all the operation are comitted instantly.
If the funds can not be sent to the recipient´s purse - they will not leave the sender´s purse, moreover money will be sent from the sender´s account only when it will successfully be received at the recipient´s purse - it eliminates the possibility of loss diruing transactions."


So there is no possibility of money just dissapearing !

Please give me support about this, this can happen to anyone: status paid but no money recived !

Ignoring my ask for help won't do anything Bitshare because i want just what i earned like others.

All peole can read here and see ... Is this something unclear i am asking or what ?

Please read our FAQ on first page, you guys mostly asking the same stuff over and over. Please understand it.

I already did that 10 days ago, i did again 2 days ago and no resposnse - NOTHING. Can you do something and tell them , my username is :jonzy000

AND NOT payment could not be sent to wrong location since you can't send payments to WMDI numbers only to purse numbers , SO my payment is still in your purse. Even if you could it is my own WMDI number not someone else and i did not recive anything, but webmoney say it is imposible to send anything if there is no purse number on other end to recive it.

Please DO SOMETHING and check i wait more then 10 DAYS and nothing, my username is:jonzy000

and you can provide on your site ability for users to cancel payment request in case their account got hacked, put wrong number, did not put some letter of their email etc... Users can't cancel payment requests at all even if someone hack their account and make request

Can I join stream plan? When I join it, can I also keep PPD plan, or I just can choose one of them?

Hi bitshare, i have trouble with my payment i have set my payment detail with "Z" + WMID instead of purse ID, so i didn't received payment whereas the payment status is showing "completed", please cancel payment and let me reprocess as i have set my payment ID properly this time.



Hi Bitshare, I did what you advice me and waited, and waited, but i am sorry to say that i have no answer from bitshare.com, let me add that i have contacted bitshare support via email even before you advice me to do so.

I have seconde request payment queuing and i am glad to read that payment via Webmoney will be made on next week.

Hi jonzy00, i've the same problem wich is still not solved today, i have contacted Webmoney, maybe it can help.

@Bitshare, no misunderstanding i love your service, you always pay, i know :sun:.... as long as you enter the correct payment information, but i am glad to see that webmoney payment info is problematic for more than one people, please kindly review our issue.

At first title you have Earn 85% per Sale (Rebill)
Does it means you pay for rebills same amount as for first buy ?
So if I have 60% fixed Ill get also 60% from rebills ?

One thing i don't understand on my it only show sale amount under referral but for download and point it shown "0" since day one. and also on "my file" menu every files shown "0" download as well. How can it be?? cuz i sold premium acc. almost everyday and they must be downloading some but it show "0" ????? watta??
