LOL, I swear when I pinged one of your servers a while back, the IP was from US but it seems I was wrong, I'm really getting old! )
Anyway, it seems uploading to the new servers you're adding is pretty fast (s50+) even though the route to the old and new servers is only different in the last router, I have a feeling your DC is deliberately throttling connections coming from OVH. I'll send you a PM including some server numbers and trace routes.
