No they do not pay rebills, besides that they have a decent service, but they do not pay rebills.

BTW: any news for the new bitshare desktop tool? I am still using the version 1 and the list of file in a folder doesn't show up correctly for the past two days?
 
it means, whoever who register a new account in bitshare on june onward, won't be able to join affiliate, in order word, new account after june will have no payout option...
