bitshare is good hosting but we are waiting for new serwer for better upload and dowland for free and premium user .Sometimes from premium account a get 400-500 kb/s and next day I get 90 kb/s its not enought for me and otter people

I joined Bitshare seeing that they have Alertpay. It's stated in here:

6. We pay to PayPal, WebMoney and AlertPay Accounts, you can choose and change this at the settings.

But when i go to settings to chose my payment processor, I only see Paypal and WebMoney. Please help. Paypal is forbidden in my country
